The Real Bidets Bidet Toilet Seat Attachment (model RBC001-2) is a slim, non-electric bidet that fits under your existing toilet seat. It connects to the cold water feed at the cistern and gives a fresh-water wash from two nozzles, one for a rear wash and one for a gentler feminine wash.
The kit comes with UK fittings and everything needed to fit it, including a free 15mm compression coupler for copper pipe feeds.

Fitting
- Turn off the water at the valve.
- Connect the T-valve to the water feed at the cistern.
- Attach the hose to the bidet.
- Mount the bidet under your toilet seat.
- Turn the water on and test.

Will it fit my toilet?
It fits most UK toilets if:
- your toilet seat is held on by two standard bolts
- you can reach the water supply at the cistern
- your water connection is the standard UK 1/2 inch size, or a 15mm copper pipe using the coupler supplied.
It may not suit a fully concealed cistern with no access to the water supply.
Common questions
Does it need electricity or batteries?
No. It runs on mains water pressure alone.
Does it use hot water?
No. It connects to the cold water feed only.
Will it lift my toilet seat?
It is 4.8mm thick where it sits under the seat, and non-slip mats are included.
Do I need a plumber?
Most customers fit it themselves. You add a T-valve and hose to the existing water feed, and the toilet itself is not changed.
My cistern is fed by a copper pipe. Will it connect?
Yes. A 15mm compression coupler is included free with every order. See our copper pipe guide.
What if the hose is too short?
The hose supplied is 750mm. A 1.5m hose is sold separately, and our short hose guide explains the options.
The nozzles do not drop down when I turn the dial. What should I do?
This usually means the bidet is sitting too far back towards the cistern. Loosen the seat bolts, move the bidet forward slightly and tighten them again.
Can it be used in place of a shattaf (Muslim shower)?
Yes. It does the same job without a handheld hose.

Delivery, returns and warranty
- Delivery. Free tracked 48-hour delivery on every UK order. Most orders arrive 2 to 3 working days after they are placed. See our Shipping policy.
- Returns. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. The bidet must be unused and in its original packaging, with the sealed inner bags unopened, and you pay the return postage. See our Refund policy.
- Warranty. 1 year from the date of purchase, against manufacturing faults in the bidet, the hose and the T-valve. Register your bidet on our warranty registration page first. To make a claim, email help@realbidets.com and we will send replacement parts free of charge, with free postage. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, and it is in addition to your legal rights.
