Real Bidets offers free tracked 48-hour delivery on every UK order. All orders are sent from our own stock in the UK.

  • Most orders arrive 2 to 3 working days after they are placed.
  • Every order includes tracking.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order to a UK address. There is no minimum order value and nothing is added at checkout.

Dispatch

We aim to pack and post every order within 1 working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are posted on the next working day.

Delivery time

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail's tracked 48-hour service, which aims to deliver within 2 working days of posting. Most orders arrive 2 to 3 working days after they are placed.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They can be longer over bank holidays, during busy periods and for remote postcodes.

Tracking

We email your tracking number when your order is posted, and you can follow your parcel on the Royal Mail website. Occasionally an order is delivered by another tracked carrier, such as Amazon Logistics or Yodel. Your dispatch email will show which carrier has your parcel.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Our bidets and fittings are made for UK plumbing sizes, so they may not fit plumbing in other countries. If you would like to order from outside the UK, please contact us before you order.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of the day you ordered, please email us at realbidets@outlook.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier. If a parcel is lost in the post or arrives damaged, we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away and we will correct it if your parcel has not yet been posted.
